Copyediting Services

Copyedit will include checking for all grammatical errors, punctuation, flow, duplicate words or phrases, inconsistencies, fact-checking and adherence to Chicago Manual of Style.

*will include style sheet with comments, rules, and notes on characters and settings. 

Proofreading is the final once-over that will include checking only for grammatic errors, punctuation, typographical errors, and spelling. This does not include fact-checking, flow, or inconsistencies.

 A series bible is a map that includes everything from character descriptions, settings, family trees, daily and yearly timelines, world building, culture, politics/religion, backstories on each character.

Three manuscripts (up to 80,000 words each) proofread in a twelve-month period.

Client must commit to a 12-month period.

*any manuscripts submitted that are over 80,000 words will be billed at $.005/word for additional words.

Indie authors receive a 10% discount on all work. First-time indie clients will receive a 25% discount on copyediting and 10% discount on proofreading.
